Timothy Fleming recently was interviewed on ABC 15 news about the cycling group ride he has organized for the past 2 years here in North Phoenix. It is called the "Underground Crit" (a "Crit" (short for Criterium) is a type of bicycle race). The first video talks a bit about the ride itself. The second video talks a bit about how the Fleming Wealth Strategies cycling team has raised over $20,000 dollars for local charities here in the valley by participating in charity rides.
