Timothy F. Fleming is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and has been helping clients look towards their financial future with excitement since 1997! He is held to a fiduciary standard to act in a client's best interest (when providing advisory services), always placing the clients interest above his own. As owner and president of Fleming Wealth Strategies, LLC (FWS) he enjoys mapping out goals and specific strategies using high level financial planning techniques to address a client's stated objectives.

FWS client base consists of retirees, pre-retirement clients, business owners and other professionals. He also has a niche clientele of cyclists, swimmers, triathletes and fellow Christians at his Church where he coaches and ref’s soccer at = CCV! (Christ Church of the Valley, Phoenix Arizona).

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Timothy has a business finance degree from the University of Arizona. He started his investment career in 1997 with Merrill Lynch. After 7 years of service, he moved to Redondo Beach California where he was a Financial Advisor for Charles Schwab in Torrance. In 2005 he received the opportunity to come back to Arizona and continued with Charles Schwab. In 2010, Timothy started Fleming Wealth Strategies, LLC which is a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in Phoenix Arizona. His security registrations include the series 7 (held with LPL Financial), series 66 (held with LPL and Fleming Wealth Strategies), and he holds an Arizona Insurance license. He also has his Series 24 (held with LPL) which gives him the title of "LPL Registered Principal".

Timothy has a 17 year old daughter named Elly who actively plays club soccer for a high level national league. She also loves going to church, singing, and country dancing with her dad!

Timothy is also a big fan of Soccer. He has been volunteering as a coach and referee for 22 seasons at CCV Church in Peoria Arizona.

Tim was selected as the 2020 Male Recreational Coach of the Year by the Arizona Soccer Association. 

Tim was a very active member of the local BNI Arrowhead Traditions Networkers and received an award for his dedicated service as President of the Chapter for BNI Norterra here in Phoenix Arizona.

Fleming Wealth Strategies for many years had a large cycling team with over 80 riders that were dedicated to both racing as well as raising money for local charities. The average rider on Team Fleming was between 35-75 years of age. Riders included an ex-NFL player, an ex-Phoenix Suns player, a female CEO, and other professionals all around the valley. Today, Fleming Wealth Strategies has many clients that are cyclists, runners, or triathletes – both retired from racing or still actively competing!

Tim is a big dog lover and pictured above is “Rooby” which he adopted during Covid in 2020.  SHE is part Mastiff and Part Anatolian Shephard.  Tim’s family enjoys traveling in their 5^th wheel, especially in the summer.  Rooby travels with them on all their trips, although she takes up a lot of space in the back seat of his truck while driving!
